Personalized Education
Education must promote the personal development of children, through a human approach as established by UNESCO, allowing children to be taught respect for themselves and others. This is how personalized education arises, which has been implemented in numerous countries of the European Union, with the aim of achieving the maximum potential of their abilities in children.

How does personalized education benefit?
Personalized education consists of developing all the students' skills from an early age: paying specialized attention to each of the children. That is, each student gets the attention of the educator, who helps him or her to know himself, accepting his or her difficulties and learning to overcome them.
Teachers, for their part, can focus on four essential principles of education
1. Adapt to the personal needs of each student.
2. Develop cooperative work.
3. Let the student choose his or her work technique.
4. Have flexibility in learning activities.
This is what really constitutes the reason for teaching that aims to be truly personalized, requiring educators to adapt the means available to children based on the student's learning needs.

It is about helping them build meaningful learning, which must be based on cooperative methodologies that encourage and use
creativity.
Finally, personalized education allows each student to obtain in-depth knowledge and develop all their abilities during their learning thanks to the participation of educators and parents.
